At Eventurium, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control are not eligible for automatic refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
